Al Malaz Compound

Al Malaz Compound offers various types of units ranging from private vials with different sizes to one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The design concept in this project builds on the recreation center being in the middle of the compound to be accessible by all units. This project was designed to provide an elevated lifestyle, where all units are designed to offer a resort-style way of living.

Located in the heart of Riyadh, the project offers easy access to the downtown and within minutes of metro station and it is close to a very iconic attraction (Jabal Abu Magroog).
