With over 15 years in the industry, our projects became renowned for their innovative design approach. Focused on a meticulous research on the unique parameters of each project’s site and context, and the analysis of the specific programmatic and functional goals, we develop design solutions that attempt to push the envelope and go “beyond context”.
The geometries of our Buildings develop out of simple ideas of adaption of basic volumes
defined by urban code, site geometry and geographical and functional parameters. They are
modified by reacting to the project’s contextual parameters. The modifications origin from
analysis, and are measured and sized carefully, thinking the Building both from the exterior as
well as from inside. Views from inside, natural lighting, solar irradiation, become fundamental
design parameters. Paired with a game of repetition and variation, the results harmonize into
complex, sculptural appearances.
We offer individual service solutions for office design for corporate clients. The challenges of
corporate projects and corporate architecture are attended with exclusive project teams that
ensure seamless processes in terms of chronological, budgetary and qualitative liability. Office
projects of corporate clients face the challenge of adaption to new working conditions in the
digital era and the involved change. One focus of our services is to manage these change
processes for our clients, including state of the art software solutions to enhance acceptance and
success of the new working environment. Our services include: • Relocation Advisory (Stay vs. Go

UP! involved redesigning a former department store, built in East Berlin in 1979, into a new office space suited to contemporary ideas of working. Triangular prisms were cut onto each side of the building in order to introduce natural light into the interior and break up the monolithic geometry. These openings, along with a series of terraces and a careful twisting of floors, create views onto the city in all directions. All floors have access to outdoor communal spaces for working and relaxing. The existing building is stripped down to its structural concrete columns and floor plates and wrapped in glass. What was once an interior-focused shopping center is reimagined as an outward-looking urban hub of productivity and creativity.

The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) requested five real estate developers to submit conceptual proposals for the plot located in front of the main terminal at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. Covering an area of over 900,000 square meters, the project offers direct access to the Al Haaramain Railway Station and the main terminal. ABDULLAH ALZEER + PARTNERS was selected by Al Andalus Real Estate Development Company to submit the architectural conceptual proposal to GACA.
Poisoned on a highly valuable and strategically important site, the project represents a significant landmark for King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah.
Our approach was to use the main airport terminal and railway station as our starting points. The functional requirements of GACA guided the zoning of the masterplan, distributing the project into four areas and creating four major volumes within the plot: two volumes located in front of the airport and railway station, and the other two situated at the opposite end of the project. the architectural concept was developed to create a long boulevard starting from the main terminal and railway station and ending at the Grand Mosque located at the other end of the project.
The boulevard is the center of all activities, serving as a pathway developed for walking and meeting places between the four zones. This central area connects all zones through a large and extensive open space. Despite the different functions of each zone, it was essential to create a form unity that would connect them all. The central boulevard and the airport roads encircling the project establish a design formal that unifies all elements in the masterplan to form a single, cohesive masterplan.
The four zones are:
The project fosters a strong relationship between the airport terminal and railway station, both serving passengers and the extended masterplan that offers a divers business portfolio – including a convention center, mall, hotels, residential area, office buildings, and the boulevard. Simultaneously, it showcases the integration between service-oriented airport terminal and railway station with a profit – generating extended masterplan. The complexity of the project and its location required a cost-sensitive design approach in creating the zoning and the concept.
The masterplan establishes a homogenized development centered around the four zones and the boulevard. Our aim was to minimize car usage and encourage walking by creating a well-defined buffer zone between the project’s buildings and the parking areas.

Jasper Architects won the public’s vote in an invited competition for the design of a former department store on a prominent site in Wedding, Berlin. The concept was to transform an inward-facing structure into an open, public space by weaving the building into the urban fabric.
Public pathways connect a series of boxes that house spaces for gathering and exhibition, and a rooftop terrace provides publicly accessible views of the surrounding area. Inside, the building contains offices, housing, and retail space.

The Ministry of Commerce headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia was constructed in the late 1970s, succeeding an initial two-story building erected in the early 1950s to house the country’s first Ministry of Commerce. In response to the increasing number of users and the evolving urban landscape, the Ministry of Commerce initiated a project to upgrade its main complex in Riyadh and to redesign the façade of its office building.
Following a competitive selection process, ABDULLAH ALZEER + PARTNERS was appointed to redesign the site plan with objectives to alleviate traffic congestion caused by the mixed-use nature of the ministry’s complex and to develop solutions for the complexities associated with its three entrances.
The redevelopment of the site is envisioned to be sustainable and multifunctional. A key aim is to reduce the density of users arriving from a single direction and to integrate the complex with the new metro station opening on the east side. The new site must make a meaningful impact through flexibility and integration, resulting in a future-proof development that harmonizes with the fabric of the surrounding area.
Additionally, the client required the redesign of the elevation of the main building. One of their requirements was the dismantling of the freestanding elevation that currently covers the building from the west and east side.
Our proposals include demolishing the old building located on the west side to create space for additional parking and the re-provisioning of the newly built IT building. The new scheme has been developed to accommodate pedestrian pathways and parking areas, which will ease traffic flow and organize parking around the site.
The design of the new façade reflects the innovation, technology, and services that the Ministry of Commerce provides to the general public. The new design carefully respect and complements the existing structure. Our approach aims to clad the building’s structure in a manner that maximizes natural light penetration to all floors and highlights the modernist principles of the building.

The precise location and elevations of the shared and private spaces that comprise the facility are adjusted to follow the grade of the mountain as it descends towards the beach. The use of vernacular materials and construction techniques emphasizes the project’s embedded condition in its site. This project for a boutique hotel near Puerto Maldonado in the Peruvian Amazon consists of two blocks of guest suites and a social space containing the restaurant and other shared facilities. The landscaped hotel grounds – that also feature a swimming pool and a boat launch – are located on the banks of the Tambopata River, nestled against the dense forest of a protected nature reserve. Guest rooms are housed in three-story volumes with pitched roofs that provide commanding views of the river and forest. These structures are elevated above the ground on pilotis to provide greater air flow, a cooling strategy that is found across vernacular architecture in the Amazon. The central open space housing the restaurant is cooled using open slats along the façade. Locally sourced stone and wood were used in construction, accentuating the connection between the built project and its natural surroundings.

JASPER ARCHITECTS were commissioned to design a mixed-use building in the neighborhood of Las Mercedes in the city of Asunción.
The idea is conceived as four towers planned in response to the lack of centres of attraction and urban activity in the area, generating a large amount of housing and offices to meet the demands of this new and sought-after urban space, generating a complex that is proclaimed as a new landmark in the neighborhood.
The sculptural play of the pieces is designed to improve the quality of the interior space of the complex on the first floors that function as a mall and mixed-use spaces, and to seek the best views from the housing units towards the city and the Paraguay River.

This is a masterplan of the Na Jarov neighborhood in the east of Prague. It aims to transform the area from commercial to residential while including a number of mixed-use buildings, with office and retail spaces in the ground-floor areas.
Jasper Architects developed the urban fabric by analyzing the directional vectors of the neighborhood. By stacking the maximum possible volumes according to the existing building code, they created a kind of urban mountainous landscape, with varying heights, rotations, and passageways. The idea was to make this part of the city alive and active, integrating activities of all kinds. Each unit of the development has been placed so as to receive the ideal amount of natural light, with the stacked terrace morphology establishing exterior spaces.

The Dunas Hotel project in Kuwait spans an area of nearly twenty thousand square meters. Its design was inspired by the textures, shapes, colors, and soft curvilinear geometries of the dunes. The hotel is supposed to be an immersive oasis where guests come to observe the desert from within.
The design aligns with the topography of the site, with a circular roof folding down in a radial pattern to conform to the contours of the desert dunes and provide space for individual units. Perforations in the roof allow one to watch the sky from the inside, and stairs between units give access to the rooftop area.
Apart from offering a unique view of the desert, each unit has a spa salon, a private swimming pool, and shared living spaces. In the center of the hotel, common areas create a relaxed environment for gatherings.

This design for a history museum in Peenemünde, a municipality located on the Baltic Sea island of Usedom in northeast Germany, reflects the need for the site to serve both as a memorial and a gathering place. In order to address this task, Jasper Architects focused on function as the primary factor for design decisions. The rectangular lot and its specifications yielded a rectangular prism that, when extruded, formed the basic volume of the building. The three necessary entrances were created by elevating the corners of the prism, and this folding and unfolding generated the iconic volume. The brass façade, with perforations that allow light to pass through from the outside during the day and from the inside during the night, creates a field of tension. The interior of the museum is designed in white and gray tones, creating a pleasant atmosphere that doesn’t distract the visitor from the exhibits.

This project is the result of an architectural competition held in 2015, in which Jasper Architects was awarded first prize.
Built between 2016 and 2019, this 18-story residential building is located on a narrow 15-meter-wide lot with interesting views towards the Pichincha Volcano and the valleys surrounding Quito.
In addition, the lot is rotated in relation to the street, causing the building to generate a displacement visible in the façade, formally divided into two parts.
The project also follows a conceptual scheme that considers local zoning rules as an opportunity to develop an atypical and recognizable urban showpiece.
Starting from the first level, the building was required to retreat three meters from each neighbor, resulting in a plan that is nine meters wide. This emphasizes verticality and the intended visuals while functionally resolving both the distribution of the units and the internal circulations.

A housing estate in Buenos Aires with “green perimeters” and multiple levels of vegetation plays with boundaries between the exterior and the interior. Its specially designed façades and buffer zones ensure proper separation between public and private spaces, as well as filter and reduce street noise, protect interiors from excessive sunlight, keep temperature levels comfortable, and improve air quality.
Large and deep balconies filled with carefully selected low-maintenance plants reduce the need for air conditioners and have a beneficial impact on the mental well-being of the residents. The house is constructed using cement, plaster, and concrete plates in soothing colors. The ceilings of balconies are clad in natural wood, which softens the appearance of the building and contributes to the pleasant atmosphere of the estate.

This architectural project stands out for its striking modular design, seamlessly blending organic forms with a comfortable living area. Drawing inspiration from the efficiency of ancient 3D printers, namely bees, the living spaces adopt a structure that evokes harmony with nature.
The residence transforms into a unique experience, resembling a natural nest materialized through 3D printing technology. Every detail is meticulously designed to recreate the sensation of dwelling in a natural environment.
The highlight lies in the 3D printing technology used, offering significant climate benefits. With a reduction of up to 50% in CO₂ emissions compared to conventional material alternatives and a noteworthy 60% decrease in material consumption, the project is not only aesthetically appealing but also environmentally sustainable.
